This project is about developing an interactive information that all the development and process will be designed in the web-blog. This web-blog will provide the information about sign language. The content will focus on sign language in Malaysia as well as it will be discussed on the history of sign language, the types of sign language in Malaysia, and the sign of Malaysian language.

Proposal for the sign language in Malaysia
Topic: Malaysian sign language
Goal and objectives:
- To provide an information blog based about sign language in Malaysia
- To define types of Malaysian sign language and code of sign toward informative interactive application.
- To enrich and maintain the content by transforming into digital format.
Target audience:
- Students
- Sign language interpreter
- Those who are interested in learning Malaysian sign language
Issues and treatment:
Through the survey of the researcher, there is not much interactive information about Malaysian sign language in digital format. Besides, the most existing resource that the researcher have found is more likely representing the content in text in local language and graphics in which make difficulties for those who want to know and learn about sign language.
As it is, the researcher expect that this web blog will enhance the important of knowing another perspective of language especially for those who really eager and interested to learn in this field.
Precedence studies:
The precedence studies was done by doing a survey on the existing web site about Malaysian sign language and others that relevant to the topic and gathering the useful information.
Research and data gathering planning:
Doing research by gathering and collecting data from web site, blog, book, and articles.
Planning the design of blog's content by doing Gantt chart, mind mapping and flow chart.
